1. Apple standard license

The software license for Miniora distributed through the App Store is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page is not a replacement or amendment to that EULA. It provides the following information about the app and its content. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

2. Rights in downloaded content

Models, images, music, ambience, descriptions and source materials are subject to the provider’s or respective owners’ rights. Downloading the app or purchasing a landmark does not transfer ownership of content or grant separate resale or redistribution rights. A landmark purchase grants access to that landmark within the app. Rights granted by an applicable separate license remain governed by that license. This notice does not restrict rights granted by open licenses.

3. Differences from real places

Models, colors, dimensions, scenery, times of day, sounds and stories are representations for viewing and may differ from real places or their current condition. They are not provided as definitive surveying, navigation, safety or historical research information. The app does not imply official status or affiliation with the owners or operators of the landmarks.

4. Downloads and AR

Additional content requires a network connection and device storage; carrier charges may apply. Check the app for available content. Use AR in safe surroundings and watch for real obstacles and people when moving while looking at the screen. Content changes do not remove paid users’ contractual rights or statutory remedies.

5. Support and privacy

6. Individual landmark purchases, restoration and refunds

Each paid landmark is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently grants access to that landmark within the app. There are no subscriptions. Check the product name, price and access in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before buying. Prices use the localized currency display provided by the App Store. Once purchase access is verified, you can open the landmark right away. Registered products and access: {{결제 상품·이용범위}}.

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for purchase, then use Settings > Purchases > Restore purchases in the app or Restore purchases on a locked landmark postcard. Restoration is not a new purchase. Apple authentication and an internet connection may be required. Family Sharing is not available.

A refund or revocation may lock the landmark again. Free access, including any currently featured landmark, is assessed separately. Downloaded files and viewing records do not replace purchase access. Restoring purchases is separate from restoring local viewing records.
